Visit Us
Drop off your cards in-store or arrange a courier if you’re outside the area.
Card Documentation
We’ll photograph your card’s current condition and send it to you via WhatsApp for record purposes.
Restoration in Progress
The process takes 21 – 28 working days, depending on queue and issue complexity.
Post-Restoration Photo
You’ll receive a clear before-and-after comparison through WhatsApp once the restoration is completed.
Ready for Collection or Grading
Pick up in-store / Request courier return / Proceed with grading submission
Important Notes
- 1. Grading outcome is not guaranteed, as each grading company has its own criteria.
- 2. We do not recolor, repaint, or artificially modify cards.
- 3. Final judgment on quality and results remains with Pokey Mart.
- 4. Our solution leaves no residue and preserves the card’s natural condition.
- 5. No refunds will be issued for failed grading results after restoration.
Transparent & Result-Based Pricing
Card restoration fees are based on the success rate of the restoration. Charges are applied as follows:

If a card is restored to approximately above 50%, we will charge the full restoration fee.

If a card is restored to approximately 50%, we will charge 50% of the full restoration fee.

In cases where restoration is not possible, no service charge will apply

We do not guarantee perfect restoration and results may vary depending on the condition of the card.

Each card is evaluated individually, and all restoration charges are final once invoiced. Refunds will not be issued after service has been completed, except in cases of internal error as determined solely by Pokey Mart.
