International Shipping
We prepare and ship your cards securely to your selected grading company (PSA, CGC, or TAG).
Grading In Progress
Once accepted, your cards enter the grading queue, and status can be tracked in your account.
Return & Collection
Once your graded cards are returned, you can collect them in-store or request shipping.

How long does restoration take?
The estimated turnaround time is within 30 working days, depending on demand and complexity.
How long does grading take?
It depends on which grading company you select (PSA, TAG, or CGC) and their current processing time. Please refer to the above turnaround time.
Can I track my card submission status?
Yes! Once we submit your card, you’ll be able to track the progress via your account dashboard.
Which grading company should I choose?
Each grading company has its own set of criteria. Based on the condition of your card, our expert team will recommend and submit it to the grading company that offers the best potential outcome.
What if I sent the same card with other customers, will it get mixed up?
No need to worry. We organize and submit cards based on sequential and first come first serve basis to differentiate whose cards belong to who.
What is the declared value?
The declared value is the estimated value of your card and determines the insurance coverage while the card is within the grading company's facility.
When do PSA upcharges apply?
PSA may apply an upcharge if your card’s market value exceeds the declared value after grading. Example: You submit a card under PSA Bulk with a declared value of 200 USD, and it receives a PSA 10. If the graded card's market value rises above 1500 USD, PSA may reclassify it under the Regular Grading Tier. If the Regular Tier costs MYR 570 and you initially paid MYR 160, you will need to top up the difference of MYR 410.
Does TAG and CGC upcharges?
No, both TAG and CGC do not apply any upcharges regardless of the card's graded value.
Can I change my grading company after handing over my cards to Pokey Mart?
Once a grading order has been submitted and recorded in our system, it is considered final. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.
I’m outside of Kuala Lumpur. Can I still submit my cards?
Yes. You can ship your cards to us. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +60 17-709 8834 for instructions. Kindly note that shipping is at your own risk, and Pokey Mart will not be liable for courier delays or damages.
Do you accept submissions from outside Malaysia?
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept orders or submissions from outside Malaysia.
