How long does restoration take?

The estimated turnaround time is within 30 working days, depending on demand and complexity.

It depends on which grading company you select (PSA, TAG, or CGC) and their current processing time. Please refer to the above turnaround time.

Yes! Once we submit your card, you’ll be able to track the progress via your account dashboard.

Each grading company has its own set of criteria. Based on the condition of your card, our expert team will recommend and submit it to the grading company that offers the best potential outcome.

No need to worry. We organize and submit cards based on sequential and first come first serve basis to differentiate whose cards belong to who.

The declared value is the estimated value of your card and determines the insurance coverage while the card is within the grading company's facility.

PSA may apply an upcharge if your card’s market value exceeds the declared value after grading. Example: You submit a card under PSA Bulk with a declared value of 200 USD, and it receives a PSA 10. If the graded card's market value rises above 1500 USD, PSA may reclassify it under the Regular Grading Tier. If the Regular Tier costs MYR 570 and you initially paid MYR 160, you will need to top up the difference of MYR 410.

No, both TAG and CGC do not apply any upcharges regardless of the card's graded value.

Once a grading order has been submitted and recorded in our system, it is considered final. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.

Yes. You can ship your cards to us. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +60 17-709 8834 for instructions. Kindly note that shipping is at your own risk, and Pokey Mart will not be liable for courier delays or damages.
